Thursday, November 7, 2019Jim was head instructor of the DCCC Truck Driving Program when I attended in Spring of 2014. He took me on my first ride in a big truck and I could tell he really enjoyed what he was doing. He was always fair, informative, and friendly. It was a pleasure to have him as an instructor there and it saddens me to hear of his passing.
